Description
A set of 5 denominations of postage stamps, 1-cent to 5-cents inclusive, was issued by the Post Office Department with the design of the Queen Elizabeth II, in an approximate full face pose as illustrated. This set of stamps was an ordinary, long term issue and that gradually replaced the stamps of the same denominations that display portraits of King George VI. The 5 denominations of stamps were all of the same design, differing in colour and denomination only.
